The Abairifuma clan has adopted a formal structure of organization. Currently, the topmost recognizable level is the Sub-county structure. Navakholo sub-county executive office comprise of Mr. Jaffari Makokha Wanekhwe as chairperson, Mr. Frederick Wanjofu Khaemba as the secretary and Mr. Gerald Wasike Ndombi as the Treasurer.
